I received the most beautiful bouquet recently from Twigs, so I ordered one for my mom for Mother’s Day. They did not disappoint! Beautiful, healthy flowers were arranged in the most amazing way and I’ve been very pleased with the results. Excited to order from them again!

Very helpful and kind. Ordered for a funeral of family member I will not be able to attend. I am so hesitant to order with out knowing or seeing what I'm paying for...been stung before. My gal was sweet and patient and was great with all of my questions. I appreciate that!

I am very happy with the two arrangements we ordered to go in the top of my sister's matching urns for her celebration of life ceremony. We walked in and talked to Tracey on a Tuesday afternoon, bringing the two vases from the tops of the urns, described to her what we wanted. We were not too picky on exact flowers or colors, but let her know that my sister was a gardener herself, loved color, and loved fall. We needed them before Thursday morning for the ceremony. We were worried we cut it too close but had to wait to get the vases that are attached to the urns back from the funeral home. The next afternoon, Tracey called and said they were ready for pick up and they were flat out gorgeous! We could not be happier with the way they turned out. She even packed the two ceramic vases into a box so they would be easy to transport, which was some peace of mind for me since my elderly mother was picking them up and we needed to get them to the service the next day. For a flower shop that my mom just picked out from the internet because it was close by and local-owned, we are so pleased with how they turned out and will be using them again. Very easy to order and a lot of on line selections to choose from. I ordered online, set up delivery date location and time frame. Twigs delivered on time and the arrangement was in the words of my wife Beautiful.
